Alessandro, best host ever! Great location and easy to reach. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Delicious and abundant breakfast. Helpful with local tips and recommendations. Close to good restaurants and bars. Authentic Venetian experience. Friendly and responsive host.

The location was very convenient, close to the train station and the water bus stop from the airport. The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for local food and drinks. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean.
Nothing negative to say, I had a fantastic stay.

This charming bed and breakfast is situated in a lovely neighborhood, close to the station, the fish market, and the former Jewish Ghetto. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, offering plenty of space for relaxation and tranquility. the owner, Alessandro, is a top-notch host, providing exceptional service, homemade breakfast.
For some visitors, there may be some inconvenience caused by the owner's frequent presence in the common areas, which can be a bit disruptive at times.

Great breakfast and comfortable rooms are Positive aspects that this hotel offers. The location was also perfect, as it was close to the main street. The host was friendly and gave good recommendations for local restaurants.
The lack of privacy was a major issue. The walls were thin and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and enjoyed a glass of prosecco in the exclusive lounge area. the room was spacious and well, appointed, with exclusive amenities such as a stocked mini, fridge and luxurious linens. the service was attentive and personalized, with the host going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The private facilities were clean and modern, adding to the luxurious experience. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the location, which was a bit of a walk from the main attractions.

Shared bathroom with other guests, only two bedrooms at the location.
